Customer Privacy: All Sushi Ogawa customer information is kept private. Your information will not be sold or shared with anyone.

Delivery Policy: All food is made to order. All items ordered and paid for before 8pm EST will be available for pick up or delivered by a Sushi Ogawa employee as close as possible to the selected time. If this is not possible we will contact you.

Refund Policy: We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their meal. If you were not satisfied please contact us for a partial or full refund. Please allow 2 - 4 days for refunds to post.

 

Returns: due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns or exchanges.

 

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible. Email us anytime sushiogawa2100@gmail.com or call 202-813-9715 between the hours of 12pm - 10pm EST.
